What is Hit-up?

Hit-up has been developed as a unique and enjoyable way for people to exercise in a safe and low impact game for
health and physical fitness, mobility, medical conditions, rehabilitation, mental health and socialisation.
WHY HIT-UP! COURTS?
Hit-up is a brand new concept that can be played by people of all fitness
levels, and of all ages. Solo or with a partner.
Exercise while having fun- on your own or with others.
Excellent for participating in exercise sessions or competition.
Socialise- meet and mix with others while enjoying the game.
Easy and safe- low impact soft foam rubber balls and lightweight plastic
bats make it safe for all, including those with limited mobility.

The Hit-up court is compact, versatile and low cost.
Wipe clean maintenance
Hit-up Hubs of multiple courts for teams, competition and groups.
Organised teams are great for competition and personal group training exercises.
Compact
The footprint of the Hit-up court is only 1.5m x1.4m – slightly
smaller than half a table tennis table.
Add a safe and spacious and expandable playing area
measuring a maximum overall footprint of 2m wide x 3m long.
So five Hit-up courts in a row could fit against a 10 meter wall.
About 17 Hit-up courts could be installed in the space taken by one
pickleball court.
Compliance
The Hit-up court Club model is built to comply with ISO20957
Stationary Gym Equipment.
The court has rounded corners and
no sharp edges, and legs are further than 40cm recessed
from the end of the court, and suitable for wheelchair use.
There are no moving parts, and the court is constructed from
commercial grade white matt melamine, secured by thick and
strong 10 gauge screws.
