Hit-up has been developed as a unique and enjoyable way for people to exercise in a safe and low impact game for health and physical fitness, mobility, medical conditions, rehabilitation, mental health, and socialisation.
Hit-up is a brand new concept that can be played by people of all fitness levels, and of all ages. Solo or with a partner.

• Easy and safe- low impact soft foam rubber balls and lightweight plastic bats make it safe for all, including those with limited mobility.
• Socialise- meet and mix with others while enjoying the game.
• Excellent for participating in exercise sessions or competition.
• The Hit-up court is compact, versatile and low cost.
• Wipe clean maintenance
• Hit-up Hubs of multiple courts for teams, competition and groups.
• Organised teams are great for competition and personal group training exercises.
The footprint of the Hit-up court is only 1.5m x1.4m – slightly smaller than half a table tennis table.
Add a safe and spacious and expandable playing area measuring a maximum overall footprint of 2m wide x 3m long. So five Hit-up courts in a row could fit against a 10 metre wall.
About 17 Hit-up courts could be installed in the space taken by one pickleball court.
The Hit-up court Club model is built to comply with ISO20957 Stationary Gym Equipment. The court has rounded corners and no sharp edges, and legs are further than 40cm recessed from the end of the court, and suitable for wheelchair use.
There are no moving parts and the court is constructed from commercial grade white matt melamine, secured by thick and strong 10 gauge screws
